SMEG Open Box Sales Policy
Thank you for your interest in SMEG Open Box products. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing. By completing an Open Box purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
1. Warranty
- Open Box products are not covered under SMEG’s standard manufacturer warranty.
- All sales are final with respect to cosmetic imperfections.
2. Condition of Products
- Open Box items may include cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or packaging damage.
- All products are sold “as is” and priced accordingly.
3. Functionality & Refunds
- If an Open Box product does not function properly upon delivery:
- SMEG will issue a refund for the purchase price.
- The customer is responsible for disposal of the non-working product.
- To process a refund, customers must provide:
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue
- A photo of the product serial number
- Photo or video proof of the power cord cut
- Return claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt to info@smegusa.com, or by using the form below if the item is not functioning properly.
4. Shipping & Processing Time
- Open Box products may require additional handling time.
- Orders may take up to twenty-one (21) calendar days from order confirmation to ship.
