- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (see restrictions below). 
- Once your order has been shipped, standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. You can select expedited shipping during checkout for faster delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING:

- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Please note that all major appliances may require additional processing time before they are shipped.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

HANDLING TIMES:

- Handling times vary depending on the product and its availability. Some products may require additional handling time before they are shipped. Please refer to the product description for any specific handling information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

- At this time, we only ship within the contiguous States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

- We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

ORDER TRACKING:

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

REFUND POLICY:

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at marketing@smegusa.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

All returns must be approved by the customer service department.
